Who are Smashing Buttons?

In 2019, Smashing Buttons was founded by a collective of professionals with backgrounds in the Music Industry, Sport, TV & Radio, and Live Events. 


Our specialists in these fields are part of a niche network of stakeholders; from major record labels to broadcasters, podcasters, artist management, global sporting events and their sponsors.


What's happening?

The way the world consumes audio/visual content has changed forever. 

In 2022 4.5bn users viewed an average of 2.5hrs of content DAILY across all social media platforms. 


By the time you have finished reading this section, a staggering 14bn minutes of content will have been consumed, liked and shared across the world. 

This is in contrast to rapidly decreasing audience figures for linear TV and Radio broadcasts, which are shrinking by 12%, year on year.


Who are these 4.5bn people?

They are YOUR fans & viewers. Some of them are engaged with you - others aren't yet. But of these 4.5bn people:


  • EVERYONE consumes content on their devices
  • EVERYONE enjoys music - especially live performances
  • EVERYONE loves it when their home nation does well in ANY sport
